QB worked very well for me and my family. We were seven people and had a seven passenger 4WD vehicle at a very competitive price. The vehicle was in good shape and handled the many varied driving conditions well. Service was excellent, both by email and on the island. Our experience was hassle free and we felt confident that we could get assistance from QB should we have a roadside issue. It was also a real plus to be supporting a local company.--not a multinational.
We are planning a return trip and planning to use QB again.

Good price and good service! They were very fast to respond to any questions and gave us good tips on what to do and how to drive on the island. Compared to US rental companies, it was very hassle free. Would definitely recommend them to others.

we stayed for three weeks on Dominica and drove around 1200 miles with rav 4. Vida did a great Job in booking the car, the organisational service and all the paper work including driving license etc. We were amazed by Vida\'s very warm and gentle welcome which is just great and exactly the treatment you look for after having travelled almost two days to arrive in Dominica. The car did a perfect Job and we felt comfortable and safe. Rhys & Terri, we couldn\'t agree more. If only the world had Service like QB Rentals by the wonderful way Vida does it. We are looking Forward to come back sonn and will certainly rent the car at Vida\'s place :) Thanks again and see you next year.

Rhys and I have travelled for 4 months and don\'t leave reviews, because we feel if you leave one you have to do them all, but then we came across QB and I knew we had to leave a review. Vida replied to all our emails promptly, the meet and greet of the car at the airport was quick, efficient and the mangoes and bottles of water in the car for us was a great touch. The rav 4 was a perfect car for all that awesome mountain driving. We went to Dominica for the cricket and because we knew no-one on the island so we asked Vida about cricket tickets and she went and purchased them for us the week before we got there and even though we offered all sorts of payment, she declined. If only the rest of the world had service like QB rentals. Thanks again so much Vida.

My experience with QB Vehicles was quite positive. They promptly resolved a small issue I had. They are very personable and helpful, giving directions, advice, etc. I like that they are a local company and not part of a large chain. The people I talked to on the phone and email were the same that I dealt with when i got on island. I would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

renting a vehicle from QB couldn\'t have been a better experience. price: i shopped around and their price was the best in dominica. vehicles: the Rav4 was in good shape and we had no problems with it. responsiveness: They responded quickly to my quote request and then to any questions I had before our trip. Professional: All responses were prompt, professional, and helpful. service oriented: they ACCOMMODATED any needs i had before and during the rental period. Paperwork at the airport was quick and easy and I have no complaints or concerns with Qb whatsoever. Rental cell phone was great to have. highly recommended. (truck rented March 2015)

I was very impressed how friendly i was treated after i made my first reservation. Eustace & vida took lovely care of me. I was extremely surprised as vida was always on call whenever i needed anything. She was very pleasant towards every situation more than i can say for most car rentals i have dealt with in the past. They delivered the vehicle to where i was staying and even drop me off at the airport. I would highly recommend this car rental to anyone and I would be sure to use them again in the future whenever i am in dominica.

My husband and I visited dominica in May for one week and we rented a vehicle from QB Rentals. Everything was great. One customer service representative was waiting for us at the airport, they even brought the car to the hotel we were staying at. The vehicle was exactly what we had reserved. At the end of our stay, I had a small accident which the company handled seamlessly for me. I would highly recommend QB Rentals, it is the BEST rental company in Dominica. We had a wonderful time exploring beautifull Dominica. We did most of the highlights, and because of the 12 days we stayed on Dominica, we had time to get really into the Island and especially the people. We enjoyed for example driving the north loop very much, its a very scenic drive.
Both Dominica and QB will be highly recommended by us to friends and also planned to write some reviews on tripadvisor. Your communication and the booking proces is very good and you respond quick to questions and emails. The car is also in very good condition, so everything a good rental agency need! During the pickup my wife filled in the forms and she didn\'t realise that we didn\'t need the CDW. Totally our fault, but you also solved that very quickly
